No BS. No gimmicks. No lies. Just honest answers about coaching with Branden.
You apply. Branden reviews. If you're a fit, you get access to the OYL app with your custom program - workouts, nutrition targets, daily habit tracking, the works. You train on your schedule and have accountability with daily and weekly check ins. We work together to review your progress, adjusts the plan, and hold you accountable. Accountability = Results.
Because Branden doesn't take everyone. He's a full-time firefighter, a dad, and coaches when not at the fire station. If you're not ready to commit to showing up, he'd rather not waste your money or his time. The application filters out the guys who aren't serious. But for those who are, you can trust that Branden will set you up for success.
No. However, a gym membership is preferred, and it doesn't matter which gym you go to. Branden builds your program around what you have. Full gym, home setup, just dumbbells - doesn't matter. The plan adapts to your reality.
Yes! You're the exact guy Branden works with. Together you'll start where you are, build from there, and progress at a pace your body can handle. Most clients hadn't trained in years before they started, most feel they are past their "prime", and most clients have very busy lives. Branden sets you up for success.
Life happens. You miss a workout, you tell Branden and you adjust. You miss a whole week without a word, you'll talk with him and determine what roadblocks need to be overcome the following week. That's the accountability part. Nobody's getting yelled at - you problem-solve together and get back on track.
The program is a 3-6 month agreement and month-to-month after. If you put in the work, track your workouts, nutrition, and daily habits, and if after 90 days didn't see a positive change, he'll give you a 100% refund. But Branden will tell you right now - the guys who want the refund are the ones who didn't do the work. The ones who do the work continue working with him because they see themselves becoming who they they've always wanted to be.
